• Online order: From Monday to Friday customers can order online and all the online team will help to orientate retail customers as usual for preorder and prepayment and self collection in Kelberg or where the stock it will be. Note: for self pick up price include German VAT.
• In the showroom on Nurburgring customers can buy items from the stock. Our stuff help the customers face to face , checking data and manually finding for them the pads that they will need, more emergency cases, or people who totally forgot to change pads as any other normal weekend here.

The payment method for e-shop orders is bank transfer, paypal or credit card, but it is necessary to take into account the working hours of the e-shop so that the staff can place the order.

In the showroom the consumer can pay by cash or credit card. For Friday orders, we recommend buying and making payment in the showroom.

To make unnecessary movements, customers need to take the pads in the place that is located at the moment of the purchases, in the showroom 9am to 6 pm and in Kelberg, Auf der Struth 4, 10 am to 5 pm (GMT+1).
