The KW HLS Evolution System enables vehicles to increase ground clearance instantly at the push of a button. This system allows the vehicle to be lifted within seconds, making it possible to navigate speed bumps, railway crossings, construction sites, and steep driveways without risking damage to aerodynamic components, underbody protection, or the oil pan.

Depending on the car model and the configuration of the installed Hydraulic Lift System, the vehicle can be raised up to 45 millimeters at the front axle or both axles. HLS is available as a vehicle-specific solution with optional KW coilovers. The HLS 2 Evolution features an upgraded pump for front axle lifting, while the HLS 4 is designed for lifting the entire vehicle. A universal lift system is also available for vehicles not included in the KW HLS delivery program.

All components, including hydraulic lines and pump, are tailored to the vehicle for seamless integration. The HLS 2 Evolution is available for models such as the Ferrari F12 and Porsche 992 C2. The system is compatible with either the vehicle’s original suspension or KW coilovers. HLS activation is possible via an LED button inside the vehicle or an optional remote control, and can be operated at speeds up to 80 km/h.
