The PFC ZR 405 SPORT+ brake kit is a complete high-performance front and rear braking system engineered specifically for the PORSCHE 911(992/996/997)/ Boxster(981)/Cayman (987.2) platform. Developed for demanding track day and motorsport applications, the kit combines forged ZERO DRAG™ calipers, patented V3 disc assemblies, and race-specification CarbonMetallic® brake pads to deliver consistent braking performance, thermal stability, and durability under extreme operating conditions.

The system includes 405 x 34 mm slotted front discs and 380 x 30 mm rear discs with Direct Drive V3 floating assemblies mounted to lightweight forged aluminium hats. The forged aluminium ZR95 six-piston front calipers and ZR96 four-piston rear calipers feature race-proven high-rigidity construction, hard-anodized pistons with patented thermal insulators, and electroless nickel plating for enhanced durability and thermal resistance.
