The Akrapovic Racing Line Titanium exhaust system combines race-proven lightweight materials, precise production quality, functional design, distinctive sound, and high performance for demanding riders. It is constructed with a high-grade titanium muffler outer sleeve, carbon-fibre end cap, fully titanium link pipe, and inner muffler structure, matched with high-grade titanium alloy headers and collectors.

This full exhaust system is 44% lighter than the stock system and is developed for use on closed-course competition circuits. It delivers power and torque gains of 4.0 kW / 5.4 hp at 13,000 rpm and 3.8 Nm at 7,700 rpm, measured in back-to-back comparisons against an Aprilia RSV4 with a standard stock system on the Akrapovic in-house dyno.

This racing track–oriented system requires mandatory remapping and removal of the passenger footrest during installation. It produces a deep, sporty sound that reflects the Akrapovic character. This product does not meet emission compliance requirements for street or highway use.
