The Akrapovic Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system for the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio combines a lightweight titanium muffler and collector with stainless steel link pipes. The system is designed for direct installation onto the factory downpipes.
Components cast in Akrapovic’s in-house foundry include the valve housing and the X-connection integrated within the muffler. This precisely engineered configuration allows exhaust gases to mix at an optimized ratio, improving overall exhaust flow characteristics.
The system delivers measurable gains in power and torque across the entire rpm range while significantly reducing back pressure. The design is completed with handcrafted carbon fibre and titanium tailpipes, enhancing the visual appearance of the rear section.
Acoustic development provides a deep and sporty sound without unwanted drone, making the system suitable for everyday driving. Compared to the stock exhaust, the tone is noticeably different, especially under partial load, during gear shifts, and at higher rpm, where it delivers a distinctive racing sound.
The system installs using a plug-and-play configuration and meets ECE type-approval requirements. Optional components include a Downpipe Set and the Akrapovic Sound Kit.
Important: Due to packaging requirements, the Evolution system is divided into two part numbers. Both parts must be ordered: S-AR/TI/1H and E-AR/T/1.
