Description AKRAPOVIC S-BM/T/3H Exhaust System Slip-On Line (Titanium) for BMW M2 Competition / M2 CS (F87) OPF/GPF ECE Type Approval
The Akrapovic Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust system is developed for the BMW M2 Competition (F87N), originally engineered on vehicles equipped with OPF/GPF and compatible with both OPF and non-OPF versions. ECE type approval is valid only for vehicles equipped with OPF/GPF.
Constructed from lightweight titanium, with selected components cast in Akrapovic’s in-house foundry, the system achieves a weight reduction of over 45% compared to the stock exhaust. It also delivers increased power and reduced back pressure, improving overall engine efficiency.
The acoustic profile has been carefully tuned to produce a sporty and refined sound, especially in the mid and high rpm range, without unwanted drone. The system is finished with carbon fibre tailpipes, enhancing the visual appearance of the rear section.
Further performance improvements can be achieved by combining the system with the optional Evolution Link Pipe Set. Additional visual upgrades include optional carbon fibre diffusers and mirror caps.
The system features plug-and-play installation and meets ECE type-approval requirements.

Important Notes:
- Optional Akrapovic Sound Kit (P-HF1177) is available.
- When upgrading with Evolution Link Pipe Set, Sound Kit P-HF1177 is not required, as a dedicated control system is included.
- With the use of optional Sound Kit, ECE type approval is no longer valid.
- Installation requires cutting of the stock exhaust system.
- ECE type approval is not valid for BMW M2 CS.
