This exhaust system is constructed from high-grade titanium with integrated acoustic reflectors designed to direct external sound toward the cabin. Two integrated Exhaust Valves, one on each side of the Muffler and operated by the Akrapovič control kit, tailor the gas Flow. The sound progresses from a smooth, harmonic tone at lower rpm to a distinctive V8 rumble in the mid-range and high-frequency Sporty sound at higher rpm.

Two sets of tailpipes feature titanium inner sleeves and hand-made carbon-fibre outer sleeves. Complex components, including the Exhaust Valve housings and two collectors, are cast in Akrapovič’s in-house titanium foundry. The system is 11.35 kg, or 50.7%, lighter than the standard exhaust system.

Power and Torque gains are 7.6 kW (10.3 Horsepower / HP) and 12.6 Nm at 5,750 rpm. Testing was performed on the Akrapovič dyno against a BMW XM Label with an M exhaust system. Plug-and-play installation requires no remapping, and the system has EC/ECE type approval.

Track use only: The optional Evolution Link Pipe Set (Titanium) is Designed for higher performance gains and exclusive track use. Installation invalidates the EC/ECE type approval of the Slip-On Line (Titanium).

Type approval: The Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust system is ECE type approved for vehicles equipped with an Otto/gasoline particulate filter.
