The Akrapovic Racing Line exhaust system has been developed exclusively for the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP by the Akrapovic Racing Department and HRC. It is designed solely for installation with the HRC kit for the CBR1000RR-R (SC82/2024+) and intended for use on race-prepared motorcycles at competition circuits only.

This full exhaust system is constructed from race-proven materials, using high-grade lightweight titanium with a high temperature threshold. Different titanium alloys are applied throughout the system to optimize each exhaust section for performance, weight, and durability.

The muffler is sandblasted and coated for enhanced durability under demanding racing conditions. It is completed with a black-coated aluminium muffler bracket, a carbon-fibre heatshield designed to protect the rider’s gear, and a logo applied with a special high-temperature-resistant technology for increased durability.

The system features exhaust flanges cast in Akrapovic’s in-house foundry. It complies with noise limits of 107 dB +3, with measurements carried out by Akrapovic engineers according to the FIM method. This exhaust does not fit a stock Honda CBR1000RR-R.

Several optional products are available separately for this complete exhaust system. The schematic should be checked when ordering lambda plugs. This product does not fit when used with a Suter swingarm. An optional link pipe compatible with the Suter swingarm is available as a spare part. This product does not meet emission compliance requirements for street or highway use.
