This complete underbelly exhaust system is manufactured from high-grade stainless steel and incorporates a hand-made carbon fibre cover with honeycomb exhaust protection, reflecting the motorsport heritage of Akrapovic. The cover features a distinctive red and white Akrapovic logo as a finishing detail.

The system is supplied as a complete assembly with the catalytic converter integrated into the header. Advanced manufacturing technologies were utilized to ensure optimal integration with the motorcycle’s design while reducing overall weight by 37.7% compared to the stock exhaust system.

Development focused on achieving optimal throttle response and improved performance. Testing on the Akrapovic in-house dyno recorded increases in power and torque, accompanied by a deep and sporty exhaust note.

The system is compatible with E-Clutch models, and the type-approval certificate is also valid for 35 kW versions. It is Euro 5+ compliant, EC/ECE type approved, features plug-and-play installation, and does not require ECU remapping.

Fitment notice: This exhaust system is not compatible with the original Honda under cowl for the CB650R.
