Engineered entirely from lightweight, high-grade titanium alloys with variable wall thicknesses, this system reduces weight by 21.3% (0.9 kg) compared to the OEM exhaust while enhancing strength and durability under extreme conditions. Its compact profile allows optimal fitment within the limited space of the motorcycle, increasing exhaust gas flow efficiency and sound silencing to meet FIM 109 dB competition standards. Performance gains include +0.6 kW (0.8 hp) and +0.5 Nm at 10,500 rpm, as verified by in-house dyno testing. The system also features a profiled surface, integrated resonance chamber, and a uniquely imprinted Akrapovič logo.
