Race-proven materials are used in this modern, sporty-looking exhaust, with titanium for the Muffler outer sleeve and end cap, high-grade Stainless steel for the inner Muffler structure and link pipe, and a handmade carbon fiber Heat shield to protect the rider’s gear. A new generation of composite materials provides increased temperature resistance and UV stability.

Imprints on the Muffler and end cap create a modern, distinctive look inspired by rally-raid motorcycles. The exhaust produces a sporty, deep sound from the single-cylinder engine. Lightweight materials reduce weight by 28.1% (1.8 kg) compared with the stock exhaust. Power and Torque are increased by 2.1 kW (2.9 HP) at 8,000 rpm and 1.8 Nm at 4,000 rpm, respectively, based on back-to-back testing of a Suzuki DR-Z4S on the Akrapovič dyno.

This EC/ECE type-approved exhaust offers plug-and-play installation with no remapping required. It fits Euro 5+ motorcycles equipped with two lambda sensors.
