The Akrapovic Racing Line Titanium exhaust system is a completely new exhaust developed from scratch and constructed using lightweight race-proven materials. It features a black-coated titanium muffler outer sleeve, handmade carbon-fibre heatshield and clamp, titanium end cap, stainless-steel header, resonator, and link pipe, along with a black-coated aluminium muffler bracket.

This construction reduces weight by 39.6%, saving 3.2 kg compared to the stock exhaust. The alternate exhaust routing places the system on the right side of the motorcycle instead of the standard under-bike position, creating a more racing-oriented layout. The carbon-fibre heatshield provides heat protection and completes the system’s visual finish.

Power is increased by 4.7 kW / 6.4 hp at 9,200 rpm, with torque improved by 4.7 Nm at 7,650 rpm when tested on the Akrapovic dyno against a Suzuki GSX-8S equipped with the standard stock system. The resonator in the link pipe delivers a racing and vivid sound tone without compromising performance.

This exhaust system is compatible with the original Suzuki soft side cases set. When installing the Racing Line (Titanium) exhaust system on Euro 5+ models, the check engine light will appear; therefore, ECU remapping is mandatory. This product does not meet emission compliance requirements for street or highway use.
