The Akrapovic Racing Line Titanium exhaust system has been developed exclusively for use on competition circuits. It combines race-proven materials, including high-grade lightweight titanium with various alloys, to optimize each section of the exhaust for performance, weight, and durability.

The system is completed with a handmade carbon-fibre heat shield, black-coated aluminium muffler bracket, and coated muffler outer sleeve for enhanced resilience under demanding racing conditions. The Akrapovic logo decal is applied using new technology, providing a higher temperature threshold and increased durability.

A special link pipe collector with a resonator has been developed to achieve optimal performance of the complete exhaust system. For precise fitment, the header design uses a solution with grand prix racing pedigree. Complex components, including exhaust flanges, are cast in Akrapovic’s in-house foundry.

Noise measurements carried out by Akrapovic engineers using the FIM method recorded a noise level below the FIM noise limit of 107 dB. ECU remapping is mandatory. This exhaust system is compatible with a right-passage oil pan only. This product does not meet emission compliance requirements for street or highway use.
