This exhaust system is manufactured entirely from race-proven, high-grade titanium and features distinctive megaphone-shaped tailpipes. A centrally positioned collector, cast in the Akrapovic in-house foundry, is located between the rear resonators and is designed to optimize and balance exhaust gas flow. This construction delivers a precisely tuned sound character without unwanted droning.

The system incorporates three resonators—two positioned after the collector and one integrated into the mid-pipe—to further refine the acoustics. The result is a sporty racing tone that enhances the engine’s character with a deep and energetic sound, while maintaining comfort without excessive noise. Particular attention was given to mid- and high-rpm acoustics, providing increased presence at idle and during revving, and a pronounced high-frequency tone at higher engine speeds.

Sound is managed through two megaphone-shaped titanium tailpipes, welded directly to the exhaust and finished with a special coating to prevent discoloration at high temperatures. With a diameter of 110 mm, the tailpipes are larger than stock and share a similar profile with the Akrapovic exhaust developed for the Toyota GR Supra. Designed to reduce back pressure, the system weighs 7.8 kg, representing a 37.4% weight reduction compared to the stock exhaust.

When tested on the Akrapovic dyno against a Toyota GR Yaris with a standard exhaust, the system delivered power gains of 9.5 kW at 6950 rpm and torque increases of 13.0 Nm at 6950 rpm. This exhaust is intended exclusively for racetrack and closed-course use. Installation requires cutting the stock exhaust system, but ECU remapping is not required for this configuration.

An optional Evolution link pipe is available to further expand exhaust tuning possibilities and enhance the performance potential of the Akrapovic Slip-On Race Line (Titanium) system.
