The Akrapovic Racing Line Titanium exhaust system is an EC/ECE type-approved complete exhaust system constructed with a high-grade lightweight titanium muffler outer sleeve and end cap, combined with stainless-steel headers and link pipe. The system is 0.7 kg lighter than the standard stock exhaust.

A catalytic converter is included within the system, supporting compliance with current Euro 5 approvals. Performance gains of 1.5 kW / 2.0 hp at 9,200 rpm and 1.1 Nm at 5,000 rpm were recorded when tested on the Akrapovic dyno against a standard stock exhaust.

The exhaust produces a deep and vivid sound that matches the motorcycle’s sporting character. Designed to follow the bike’s lines, the pre-muffler is positioned under the main body and hidden by the fairing, while the muffler exits on the right side of the motorcycle. The system is finished with a hand-crafted carbon-fibre heatshield.

An optional black-coated aluminium muffler bracket is available for Yamaha R7 models without passenger foot-pegs. This exhaust system fits Euro 5+ motorcycles equipped with two lambda sensors.
