The Akrapovic Racing Line exhaust system is a competition-only system developed for the Yamaha R9 with Genuine Yamaha Technology Racing GYTR® electronics and GYTR® parts. The complete exhaust system uses race-proven materials and high-grade titanium, with different alloys applied to specific sections to optimize performance, weight, and durability.

The muffler is coated, and the logo is applied using a special technique for a higher temperature threshold, improving durability under demanding racing conditions. The system is finished with a hand-made carbon-fibre heatshield, and the package includes a black aluminium muffler bracket.

This system is identical to the exhaust installed on the 2025 WorldSSP Championship winning bike of Stefano Manzi from Pata Yamaha Ten Kate Racing. Its design follows the same development approach as Akrapovic competition systems created for the Yamaha R1, R6, and R7.

The system complies with FIM WorldSSP noise limits of 107 dB +3, based on tests conducted by Akrapovic engineers according to the FIM method. This system does not fit a Yamaha R9 in stock configuration. This product does not meet emission compliance requirements for street or highway use.
