The AMS Alpha Performance Air/Oil Separator is engineered for the NISSAN GT-R R35 equipped with the VR38 engine. The system is designed to separate oil vapor from crankcase gases before they enter the intake tract and combustion chambers, helping maintain a cleaner intake system and more consistent engine performance.

As boost pressure increases, oil vapor blow-by can accumulate within the intake system, potentially affecting air/fuel mixture quality and engine efficiency. The Alpha Performance Air/Oil Separator utilizes a three-stage design consisting of an air inlet, air outlet, and reservoir base to effectively separate oil from crankcase vapors. The recovered oil is automatically returned to the engine oil pan through an integrated drain-back system with a check valve, eliminating the need for manual draining.

Constructed from CNC-machined billet aluminum and finished with a black anodized coating, the separator is designed for long-term durability and corrosion resistance. Installation is simplified through the use of factory connection points and includes all required brackets, hoses, fittings, and hardware.
