The AMS Performance 2017+ Ford F-150 and Raptor 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost High Mount Intercooler relocates charge cooling behind the upper grille, clearing the lower opening for a winch or frame-cut aftermarket bumper. Its bar-and-plate core provides 113% more volume than the OEM Intercooler and uses custom AMS-spec fin and tube geometry.

CAD-designed cast aluminum end tanks provide improved Flow through 3-inch inlet and outlet ports. The cast outlet tube includes an integrated blow-off valve mount Compatible with the factory valve or Turbosmart VeePort.

A gusseted 1-inch 304 Stainless steel lower support bar carries the core, while a 304 Stainless steel upper bracket locates it from above. The Intercooler retains factory piping Fitment and is available in silver uncoated or black powder coat, with or without the AMS logo.

Product Notes: Connects only to the factory Intercooler piping. Not Compatible with AMS Performance or other aftermarket Intercooler pipes. A dedicated AMS Intercooler pipe set for the High Mount Intercooler is in development and expected in Q1 2027.

Installation Note: Installation requires removal of the upper front grille shutters and trimming of the surrounding duct material.
