The BMC FB182/01 high-performance panel air filter is designed as a direct replacement for the original OEM air filter in the factory airbox. It improves engine airflow while maintaining superior filtration efficiency, helping enhance engine responsiveness and overall performance.

This replacement air filter is manufactured from advanced high-performance materials that allow increased airflow while ensuring efficient filtration of impurities down to 7 microns, compared to approximately 10 microns for typical OEM filters.

BMC filters are produced using the proprietary “Full Moulding” system, where the rubber frame is formed from a single mould with no welded joints. This construction increases durability, eliminates weak points, and ensures a precise seal in the airbox. The durable rubber frame also provides excellent adhesion and long service life.

The filtering element consists of multi-layered cotton gauze soaked with low-viscosity oil and protected by an epoxy-coated alloy mesh. This design promotes optimal airflow while protecting the filter from petrol fumes and oxidation caused by air humidity.

All BMC filters come pre-oiled and are washable and reusable. With proper maintenance using the dedicated BMC regeneration kit, the filter can be cleaned and reused multiple times, ensuring long-term performance and reduced maintenance costs.
