The 2.75" diameter BORLA Cat-Back system for the Civic Type R features triple tips and an adjustable sound level. By changing the block off plates behind the center tip, the SPL (Sound Pressure Level) can be adjusted to suit individual preferences. This system incorporates BORLA's Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology, utilizing patented units with pipes of varying diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize for a clean, rich, full-bodied sound.

The mufflers enhance this sound to deliver the aggressive ATAK sound with no drone inside the vehicle. The system includes three carbon fiber tips with a black anodized center: one 4.5" round (center) and two 4" round (outer). Systems with polished T-304 stainless steel tips and black coated T-304 stainless steel tips are also available.
