BORLA's CrateMuffler is designed specifically to optimize the sound and power of crate and custom-built engines. This muffler features a directional design, with the outlet identified by the mounting bracket welded to the endcap. It is tuned for the Chevrolet Small Block 283, 327, and 350 CID V8 engine family.

The directional construction delivers the classic S-Type sound and significantly reduces or eliminates drone in specified applications. Adding resonator 400937 will achieve the Touring sound. The muffler is constructed from premium T-304 stainless steel, offering enhanced performance and durability compared to T-400 series materials.
