The CrateMuffler is designed specifically to optimize the sound and power of crate and custom-built engines. This muffler is directional, with the outlet identified by the mounting bracket welded to the endcap.

It is tuned for the Chevrolet LS3 6.2L V8 family and features a directional design that delivers the classic S-Type sound while reducing or eliminating drone on specified applications. Adding resonator 400938 will achieve the Touring sound.
