Description BORLA 40474 Transverse Flow - Single 3" Inlet- Dual 2.5" Outlet 19"x5.5"x10.25"
This transverse flow muffler was originally designed for GM F-Body Camaros and Firebirds, where it mounts behind the rear axle and runs parallel to the axle. It can also be used to create custom exhaust systems on other vehicles. The muffler features a single 3" offset inlet and dual 2.5" offset outlets, with the inlet and one outlet on one end and the second outlet on the opposite end.
The reversible design allows for flexible installation. Constructed from high-quality T-304 austenitic stainless steel, it is resistant to rust and features 100% welded construction for added strength. The free flow design enhances performance, while high-temperature continuous-filament fiber acoustic material provides sound control. The natural mill finish can be brushed or polished before installation.
