The COBB Factory Location Front Mount Intercooler offers a performance-focused upgrade for Ford F-150 EcoBoost Raptor, Limited, 3.5L, and 2.7L applications without requiring permanent modifications. Designed for straightforward installation, this intercooler mates directly to the OEM shutter shroud, eliminating the need for cutting, trimming, or vehicle alterations.

Constructed from cast aluminum with TIG welded seams, the unit features a core volume approximately 70% larger than stock and a 10% increase in cooling surface area. Engineered with computational fluid dynamics, the end tanks promote uniform airflow distribution and reduce turbulence. A chamfered outlet port ensures smooth airflow transition into the throttle body tube, further enhancing charge air efficiency and minimizing pressure loss.

Designed with future upgrades in mind, the unit includes flat sections on the top and bottom of the casting for easy integration of water/methanol injection or drain port functionality. Fully compatible with COBB Accessport Off The Shelf maps, this intercooler combines ease of installation, significant performance gains, and upgrade-ready engineering.
