The FORGE MOTORSPORT valve is designed as a direct replacement for OEM Part No. 28234-2S300 on the Hyundai i20 N and Elantra N Line. Manufactured in the UK, the valve can be configured for either fully atmospheric blow-off operation or recirculating operation.

The boost-side inlet design prevents the valve from lifting under both low- and high-boost conditions. This configuration eliminates the need to install a higher-tension internal spring when the vehicle is tuned. The aluminium piston uses heat-stabilised Viton O-rings and is lubricated with high-temperature Mobil 1 grease to minimise wear and support extended service intervals.
