The GARRETT 877895-5004S G25-550 turbocharger features a 0.92 A/R V-Band inlet and outlet configuration with an internally wastegated housing. As part of Garrett’s new G Series, this turbo delivers exceptional power density and efficiency in a compact design. Utilizing next-generation compressor and turbine aerodynamics, the unit achieves up to 550 horsepower capability for 1.4 L to 3.0 L engine displacements. The forged fully machined compressor wheel, CFD-optimized for maximum airflow, offers up to 15–30% more flow than GTX Gen II turbos. The turbine wheel, constructed from Mar-M alloy, is capable of handling exhaust gas temperatures up to 1050 °C, ensuring durability under motorsport conditions. Additional features include a fully machined speed sensor port, stainless steel turbine housing, dual ceramic ball bearings, and integrated water and oil cooling for maximum reliability and response.
