The GIRODISC A1-154 front rotor kit is engineered as a direct iron rotor replacement for Porsche models originally equipped with PCCB systems. Compatible with pad shapes designed for factory iron rotor GT3 models, this solution allows for optimal pad availability while maintaining performance and reducing weight. The reduced annulus size versus PCCB pads helps balance rotor mass without compromising effectiveness on track.

Each rotor features a two-piece floating design, comprising a CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum hat and a proprietary cast iron disc. Developed and produced entirely in the USA, the disc incorporates a motorsport-derived curved vane structure for superior internal cooling. The floating interface employs 12 cadmium-plated alloy steel pins and class 12.9 fasteners, enabling radial and axial float while controlling noise and thermal expansion through anti-noise spring washers.
