Description GIRODISC A1-276 Front Brake Rotor Kit for PORSCHE 992 GT3 / GT3RS (410x36 mm, PCCB Replacement)
The GIRODISC A1-276 front rotor kit is designed as a high-performance replacement for factory PCCB rotors on the Porsche 992 GT3 and GT3RS. To ensure compatibility, the system requires brake pads with the same annulus as the 991 GT3 iron rotor configuration, offering reduced rotational mass and broader pad options compared to oversized PCCB-specific pads.
Each rotor features a two-piece floating assembly combining a 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum hat and a proprietary cast iron disc, both engineered and produced entirely in the USA. The rotor incorporates a racing-derived curved vane design to enhance internal airflow and optimize cooling efficiency under extreme conditions.
The floating mount system utilizes 12 cadmium-plated alloy steel drive pins, class 12.9 fasteners, and anti-noise spring washers to manage thermal expansion, reduce operational noise, and maintain proper disc alignment. The entire assembly is engineered for repeated track use, and once installed, only the iron disc requires replacement over time.
- Direct PCCB replacement requiring iron GT3 pad shape for reduced weight and pad versatility
- Proprietary cast iron disc with racing-style curved vane architecture
- Floating two-piece design with cadmium-coated steel pins and anti-noise spring washers
- 6061-T6 aluminum hat machined in the USA for lightweight strength and precision
- Enhanced cooling and thermal stability under high-performance use
