The GIRODISC A1-322 front brake rotor kit is engineered as a direct replacement for the 400 mm carbon ceramic front rotors found on BMW M2 (G87), M3 (G80), and M4 (G82) models. This two-piece, fully floating rotor assembly integrates seamlessly with the OEM carbon ceramic calipers and requires only a pad change to the factory iron pad shape, eliminating the need for further modifications.

Each rotor ring is precision-machined from GiroDisc’s proprietary high-carbon iron casting, offering enhanced durability under high thermal loads. Featuring 72 curved internal vanes, the design maximizes airflow by acting as a centrifugal pump, promoting consistent cooling during track use. The 6061-T6 aluminum hats, anodized in black, are reusable and designed to accept replacement rings, contributing to long-term cost efficiency.

Components including hats, rings, and drive pins are manufactured in-house in the USA. High-strength steel alloy drive pins with cadmium plating and spring-loaded hardware ensure compliant, rattle-free operation, suitable for both aggressive driving and daily use.
