Description HEL PERFORMANCE GRDIFF Rear Differential Oil Cooler Kit for TOYOTA GR Yaris (XP210) 2020-
Under aggressive driving conditions such as track days and some fast road scenarios, the differential on a GR Yaris can often experience excessive heat issues. To address this, this comprehensive kit was developed from scratch on a development vehicle. Testing indicates successful results.
This kit is confirmed to fit only pre-facelift Yaris GR models, as newer facelift models have an additional water tank in the boot where the oil pump is located, which may affect compatibility.
Once the differential oil reaches 82°C, the additional electric oil pump located in the boot activates, sending oil through the cooler positioned on the underside of the vehicle for maximum airflow. The race-proven Setrab oil cooler is used to lower the temperature of the differential oil to optimal levels, extending the lifespan of both the differential and the fluid. The kit also requires an additional 450ml of oil, which helps reduce the servicing period and aids in temperature management.
