The enhanced piston and connecting rod correspond to the high supercharging pressure and output for the S07A engine.
Piston
- It achieves lightweight by allowing the wall thinner by adopting the A2618 material with high-temperature strength.
- The lightweight comes from eliminating waste material by billet manufacturing.
- Rigidity has been structurally improved by adopting the bridge structure. As a result, the product achieves a perfect balance between lightweight and rigidity.
- The crown-shaped surface has the same shape as the OEM one.
- It also achieves improved anti-seizure properties and reduced friction by adopting a 2-layer coating.
Connecting Rod
- Billet chrome steel I-beam connecting rod. It increased the strength by approximately 74% against the OEM product.
- Applying the WPC treatment on the surface to improve the fatigue strength.
