  • To enhance knock resistance and achieve higher compression ration, we have adopted HKS's unique "Triple Tumble" crown structure. (Triple Tumble crown structure)
  • The piston crown's design creates a third tumble flow on the intake side as the piston moves upward. This quickly spreads the flame near the edge of the intake side, which helps prevent engine knock.
  • High-temperature-resistant A2618 material and precision machining combine to deliver significant weight.
  • "Bridge Concept Design" (BCD) structure enhances structural rigidity and contributes to weight reduction.
  • Three oil jets deliver cooling oil precisely for effective cooling.
  • Nickel plating above the top ring groove improves knock resistance and wear resistance.
  • A two-layer coating enhances anti-seizure properties and reduces friction.
  • Original shortening piston pin design reduces the weight of the piston pin boss section.
  • Titanium coating on the top ring enhances durability.
  • Precisely machined edges prevent heat spots.

Billet I-beam connecting rod

  • Features machined nickel-chrome steel I-beam connecting rods. 25% stronger than the stock components.
  • Compatible with d-24 piston pins.
  • Surface is finished with a WPC treatment to increase fatigue strength.
