A newly developed Reinforced Timing Belt for the 312A3 engine, designed for the Abarth 595/695. It is specially manufactured to Japanese quality standards, ensuring reliable use even in overseas vehicles.

The structure of the stock belt, cam pulley, and crank pulley was analyzed to develop an HKS-exclusive design optimized to match the engine specifications.

Precautions: Due to the reinforced high-tensile materials, a slight increase in operating resonance is normal and does not affect performance.

Precautions: Refer to the factory service manual, use the specified special service tools (SST) for installation, and ensure regular maintenance is performed.

  • New molds and tooling were developed to meet Japanese quality standards.
  • Heat resistance, tooth jump resistance, tooth wear life, and cut resistance are each improved by approximately 1.5 times compared to the stock belt.
  • The back side features a black base with the HKS logo, product name, and part number printed on it, with a sleek, tactical finish.
  • Optimized belt design ensures stable meshing and smooth initial tensioner adjustment during installation.
