The KELFORD KVS275-BT beehive spring and titanium retainer kit is developed for the Audi 5.2L V10 engine, providing increased valvetrain stability for high boost and high rpm applications. The kit delivers 30% higher seat pressure than the OEM spring, supporting improved control under demanding operating conditions.

The valve springs are manufactured from premium spring steel wound in the USA by PAC. Advanced heat treatment and nano peening surface finishing are used to extend fatigue life. The high spring frequency design improves spring surge control at high engine speeds, applying valvetrain technology derived from Kelford’s Audi DAZA program.
