The KLINE INNOVATION KL-AER-POR-992GT3RS-CFRD rear diffuser is developed for the Porsche 911 GT3 RS (992) and manufactured from F1-grade pre-preg carbon fiber or Textreme wide-weave material. Textreme spread-tow carbon is utilized in Formula 1 and aerospace engineering due to its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. The diffuser is autoclave-cured in CAD-designed and CNC-machined molds, ensuring maximum structural precision. Aerodynamic behavior has been evaluated using Computational Fluid Dynamics to define accurate airflow performance.

The carbon construction features a gloss polished finish that emphasizes the weave, achieved through advanced motorsport-grade manufacturing processes. This diffuser is part of a complete aero program developed in-house by Kline Innovation, including a motorsport-inspired splitter, sideskirts, rear wing, and various engine covers. Stainless-steel (SS) elements are integrated within the mounting or support interface while maintaining a full carbon primary structure.
