K&N 57i Series induction kits are specifically designed for each vehicle and eliminate the size restriction of the factory air box. These kits vary in form depending on vehicle characteristics and available space under the hood. Each kit is engineered to provide power throughout the RPM range.
The open-air filters offer increased surface area, delivering more airflow at lower restriction compared to a K&N O/E replacement filter, which is limited by the factory air box size. The larger filter also captures and holds more dirt, extending service life up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is required. The filter may be attached directly to the engine carburetor or throttle body, or indirectly via a tube assembly. All adapters are constructed from high quality materials such as steel, aluminum, silicon, or reinforced nylon for durability.
