Description KW 253100CZ Coilover Spring Kit for AUDI RS6 / RS7 (C8)
The KW Height Adjustable Spring Kit is designed to lower the vehicle while retaining the factory dampers. Unlike conventional lowering springs, this system allows continuous and individual height adjustment within a tested adjustment range. Vehicle-specific spring perches, matched KW lowering springs, and corresponding elastomers and dust protection components are used to ensure precise fitment and reliable operation.
The standard damper system, including electronically or hydraulically controlled suspensions, remains fully functional. This makes the KW Height Adjustable Spring Kit suitable for vehicles equipped with adaptive suspension systems that require maintained damper functionality.
The high-quality springs are manufactured from chrome-silicon steel and feature vehicle-specific spring rates matched to the original dampers and wheel loads. During development, the spring characteristics are carefully tuned to harmonize with the damping behavior of the factory suspension, resulting in a more direct and dynamic driving feel without compromising overall balance.
Similar to a coilover suspension, the height-adjustable KW springs allow continuous lowering within a defined range. The supplied dust protection elements and spring perches are designed for the maximum permissible lowering, enabling a sporty and harmonious driving behavior while preserving the driving dynamics of performance-oriented vehicles.
