The KW height adjustable spring kit allows for vehicle lowering in combination with the standard dampers. Unlike conventional spring kits, it provides customized height adjustment within the tested adjustment range. Vehicle-specific spring seats, adapted KW lowering springs, matching elastomers, and dust protection systems are used for this solution. The standard damper system, including electronic or hydraulic control, remains active.

The high-quality springs are made of chrome-silicon steel and are adapted in their spring rate specifically to the standard suspension damper and wheel loads. The spring rates are developed to harmonize with the damper characteristics of adaptive standard suspensions, allowing for a more direct and dynamic driving experience. KW coilover springs are suitable for drivers seeking a decent lowering with the flexibility of individual adjustment.

Similar to a coilover suspension, the height-adjustable KW springs allow continuous lowering within a defined range, which is not possible with conventional lowering springs. The included dust protection elements and spring perches are adjusted to the maximum possible lowering, ensuring sporty and harmonious driving behavior without compromising driving dynamics.
