The HLS lift system lifts sports cars or lowered vehicles to safely negotiate obstacles such as speed bumps, railroad crossings, roadworks, garages, and underground car parks. Depending on the version, the vehicle can be hydraulically lifted at the front axle or on both axles by up to 45 mm. This helps prevent damage to aerodynamic components, underbody protection, or the oil sump.

The lift system is available as a vehicle-specific solution with or without a KW Coilover kit, depending on the vehicle type and model. A universal lift system is also available for vehicles not included in the KW HLS product range.

A solution from KW

The HLS is available as an application-specific solution for a wide range of supercars and everyday vehicles. It can be combined with the standard Suspension kit or KW Coilovers. The HLS 2 lift kit is installed only on the front axle, while the HLS 4 lifts the entire vehicle. A hydraulic cylinder is installed between the spring plate and spring of each KW Strut. Driving dynamics are not affected. The control unit connects to the vehicle’s onboard electronics and automatically lowers the vehicle to the original level of the KW Coilover kit or standard Suspension kit at a certain speed.
