This module is designed to integrate with the existing driver select modes to operate the exhaust valves. Once installed, the module sets valve behavior as follows: Comfort / Eco Mode = Closed up to 5,000 RPM, Auto Mode = Closed up to 3,000 RPM, Dynamic = Open all the time, Cold Start = Valve closed (usually open with stock exhaust), and 4 Cylinder mode = Valve closed.

The module also offers an override to open and close valves on demand, regardless of drive mode, by pressing the ESP button twice in quick succession. All values are pre-set into the module and cannot be altered.

Active Valve Control (AVC) supports vehicles equipped with factory exhaust valves as well as a growing range of Milltek Sport performance exhaust upgrades with Valve Control. Optional app control is available on selected models via iPhone or Android smartphone apps. AVC provides full CAN BUS integration with built-in safety controls, allowing the driver to choose when the valves open and close to tune the exhaust sound and volume.
