The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Kit is designed for the 2013-2018 Ford Focus ST to address the limitations of the factory intercooling system. The original system featured restrictive piping and a turbo muffler, which limited the vehicle's performance potential.

This kit replaces the hot-side pipe with mandrel-bent aluminum, eliminating the muffler and increasing the diameter for a 26% improvement in flow. All rubber components have been upgraded to wire-reinforced silicone for durability and smoother airflow. The combined piping upgrades result in a 21% increase in flow to and from the intercooler.

The bar-and-plate intercooler core allows for improved airflow and better heat dissipation compared to the stock unit, helping to prevent heat-soak during demanding driving. The kit provides gains of 8 HP and 10 TQ, with a maximum horsepower rating of 550 HP. It is available in silver, black, or gold, with wrinkle black or polished piping options.

Installation Notes: 22 in-lbs (2.5NM) recommended for all worm gear clamps. These clamps have an operating range of 18-27 in-lbs (2-3NM). Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 27 in-lbs (3NM).
