This intercooler is designed for the 2016-2018 Ford Focus RS. It features a 36% increase in core volume and a 214% increase in external fin surface area, resulting in improved air-cooling efficiency. The core reduces air outlet temperature by nearly 40% while minimizing pressure drop, and delivers gains of 7hp and 8ft-lbs.

The direct-fit, bar-and-plate core is engineered for durability and enhanced heat transfer at both idle and cruising speeds. It is compatible with all factory equipment as well as upgraded intercooler pipes, and requires no modification for installation.

Installation Notes: 27 in-lbs (3NM) recommended for all T-bolt and constant-tension T-bolt clamps. These clamps have an operating range of 18-35 in-lbs (2-4NM). Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 35 in-lbs (4NM).
