Add extra cooling power to the 2018-2023 Mustang GT with the Mishimoto Oil Cooler Kit. In these model years, Ford updated the S550 Mustang with a modern design, and this kit is engineered to provide optimal cooling for the updated platform.

The heat exchanger is designed from the ground up to be the largest oil cooler offered by Mishimoto, mounted at the front of the vehicle for maximum airflow. The application-specific mounting bracket also functions as a diversion panel to further improve airflow through the cooler. The kit includes direct-fit stainless-steel braided lines with -10AN fittings for secure and simplified installation. A thermostatic oil sandwich plate is included to protect against overcooling of engine oil. The kit is available with either a silver or black cooler.

Installation Notes: Requires the removal of the stock coolant-based oil cooler. Installation requires the removal of the active grill shutters. Removal without tuning can cause a check engine light. Recommended torque specification for all straight fittings and banjo bolts: 15-25 lb-ft. Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 35 ft-lb.

Caution: It is the installer's responsibility to check all thermostat plugs, NPT plugs, line fittings, and other connections to assure they are fully tightened before operating the vehicle. Mishimoto recommends checking all connections at regular intervals, especially during the first few miles after installation.
