However, the 2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL, especially the 2.0L model with its additional turbo heat exchanger, features a particularly cramped cooling stack. This limited space demands an efficient radiator, and the stock unit often does not meet these needs.

The Mishimoto performance radiator for the 2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL is engineered to maximize cooling efficiency within the available space. It features an oversized core that is 51 percent larger than stock and offers a 38 percent increase in coolant capacity. The radiator also provides a 37 percent increase in fin surface area with an oversized single-row design to enhance heat transfer.

Durability is a key focus, with full-aluminum, TIG-welded end tanks designed to resist vibration and repeated heat cycles. The core uses extruded and strutted tubes to withstand chassis flex during off-road use. This radiator is covered by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Note: Installation on 3.0L Ecodiesel models requires significant disassembly of the cooling stack that is not covered in installation instructions and may require trimming of intercooler inlet and outlet to fit.
