The MISHIMOTO Transmission Thermal Bypass Valve Kit is designed as a direct-fit upgrade for Ford F-150 and F-150 Raptor models equipped with the 10R80 automatic transmission. The kit replaces the factory thermal bypass valve with a CNC-machined billet aluminum assembly engineered to maintain proper transmission fluid flow and improve cooling system reliability.

The kit includes a serviceable 160°F thermostat for controlled transmission warm-up in colder climates and a thermostat bypass assembly for applications requiring continuous flow to the transmission cooler. Designed to install using the factory transmission cooler piping, the system requires no modifications and can be installed in less than one hour.
