Description RACINGLINE VWR120003 Turbo Inlet for EA888 Gen.4 Engines with Garrett Turbos
The RACINGLINE VWR120003 Turbo Inlet System is developed specifically for EA888 Gen.4 2.0 TSI engines equipped with Garrett turbochargers, including 245 PS variants found in the Golf 8 GTI, Audi A3, Cupra Leon, and Octavia vRS. This high-performance upgrade dramatically improves airflow between the intake and turbocharger, maximizing intake system efficiency and enabling optimal engine performance.
The system comprises a high-diameter Turbo 90 Inlet and a reinforced silicone Turbo Inlet Hose. Together, they replace the restrictive OEM plastic components, which include a tapered bellows-style pipe that limits airflow. The redesigned smooth-wall hose and thin-wall aluminum elbow provide a seamless, enlarged air path from the intake to the turbocharger. Internal diameter increases from 62.5 mm to 76 mm allow for significantly greater flow volume, supporting higher output potential.
