The R600 Coolant Underhose is designed to reroute the factory coolant hose beneath the intake system, creating a cleaner and more refined engine bay appearance. By relocating the original hose routing, the component improves visual integration with aftermarket intake systems while maintaining full cooling system functionality.
The hose incorporates the factory-style one-way valve, which is essential for correct coolant system operation. Constructed from reinforced four-ply silicone with an internal fluoro lining, it is engineered to withstand the high pressures and temperatures of the coolant system while remaining compatible with G12 and G13 coolant fluids commonly used on MQB vehicles. Precision molding ensures the hose maintains its shape and fitment throughout long-term operation.
