The RECARO Pole Position Carbon (ABE) is a road-legal racing shell that combines classic styling with modern safety standards. Developed from the original RECARO shell used in the Porsche 964 RS, this version preserves the timeless design of vintage performance interiors while meeting contemporary ABE/TÜV component certification requirements.

Constructed with a lightweight glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) seat shell, the seat offers optimized lateral support in the backrest and cushion areas, along with specially formed shoulder support for enhanced driver stability. The slim-profile design ensures compatibility with a wide range of sporty vehicle interiors. Designed for street use, the seat accommodates both 3-point and 4-point belt systems.
