Description RECARO 078.01.1B21 Race Seat Podium CF Left Side (ABE / FIA), Black Velour, Size M
The RECARO Podium CF is a carbon fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) racing shell seat engineered for combined road and track use. Developed to meet both FIA homologation standards and German ABE approval requirements, it is the only retrofit shell seat on the market certified for motorsport competition and approved for public road use. This configuration is designed for the left side and supplied in Black Velour with Pad Kit M for drivers of medium build.
Extensive development and validation on demanding racetracks ensure structural integrity, safety, and dynamic performance. The lightweight CFRP shell incorporates integrated headrest support, pronounced lateral bolstering, and specially formed shoulder contours optimized for use with head and neck safety systems such as HANS. Replaceable pads in varying thicknesses provide ergonomic adaptability while maintaining a slim, motorsport-focused profile.
