The RECARO Classic Pole Position (ABE) combines traditional motorsport-inspired design with modern safety and construction standards. Based on the road-legal RECARO Pole Position (ABE) racing shell originally developed from the RECARO shell for the Porsche 964 RS, this Classic version delivers authentic vintage styling while meeting current certification requirements.
Featuring a glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) seat shell and upholstery in Leather Black / Corduroy, the seat integrates seamlessly into classic and performance-oriented interiors. Its slim profile, pronounced lateral support, and specially formed shoulder contours provide stable seating under dynamic driving conditions while remaining suitable for everyday road use.
